2.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on 88milyon. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. 88milyon reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
2.5 KYC Verification. In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements, 88milyon conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88milyon login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login details with any third party.
3.2 You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you. 88milyon will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
3.3 You must notify 88milyon immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account by contacting our support team. 88milyon may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation of any reported security breach.
3.4 88milyon staff will never ask for your password. Any communication purporting to be from 88milyon that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 88milyon accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes specified on the Platform. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
4.4 Verification Before Withdrawal. 88milyon reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
4.5 Player Funds. Player funds held in 88milyon accounts are kept separate from operational funds. 88milyon does not use player funds for operational expenses.
5.1 88milyon may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the applicable bonus terms.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 88milyon reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using automated software to exploit bonus terms, or engaging in low-risk wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
5.4 88milyon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law.
6.1 All games available on the 88milyon Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time studio environments.
6.2 The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game information section. RTP represents the theoretical long-term payout percentage and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game, 88milyon's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. 88milyon's decision in such matters is final.
6.4 Bets placed in error cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying their bet selections before confirming any wager.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 88milyon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 88milyon does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 88milyon's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
88milyon is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible from your account settings after completing the 88milyon login process.
If you wish to self-exclude from the Platform, you may do so by contacting our support team or using the self-exclusion tool in your account settings. 11.1 88milyon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
11.2 Upon termination of your account for cause, any bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
11.3 You may close your account at any time by contacting 88milyon support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 88milyon Platform shall first be submitted to 88milyon's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
12.3 88milyon's decisions regarding game outcomes, account actions, and bonus eligibility are final and binding, subject to applicable regulatory oversight by PAGCOR.
88milyon reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
